GET© project teams are organized to deliver the level of engineering excellence to our customers and partners. As is depicted in GET design project team organization chart, one GET core designer is committed to lead up to 4-men GET designer team and he/she reports directly to GET project team leader. Hence GET is capable to create and maintain core teams with expertise in all major engineering domains. One of the main approaches in our organization is that we do not ‘save’ available GET manpower and we always include GET quality and calculation/stress analyses team on all major project to ensure quality of project delivered to our customers and partners – “ GET© engineering excellence ”.
