Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for:

Responsibilities

● Issuing invoices for respective clients for the services rendered along with monitoring payment deadline ensuring the proper obligations of the Company have been fulfilled
● Timely and accurate issuance of quotations for respective clients in order to support legal and sales workstreams
● Participates in timesheet control for respective clients
● Cooperation with internal stakeholders regarding matching invoiced and delivered service, and purchase orders
● Provides weekly late payment reports escalating to accountable stakeholders
● Participates in booking documentation in accordance with Serbian legislation
● Participation in the preparation of monthly financial reports
● Performs correspondence with business partners
● Provides ad-hoc support with various finance tasks upon request

About you

● At least 2 years of work experience in finance administration
● Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to details
● Strong verbal and written English language skills
● Excellent computer skills with strong focus to MS Office (previous experience in G-suite environment nice to have)
● Strong problem-solving skills, proactive, independent and well-organized team player

It would be a plus to have

● Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
● Previous experience in a tech or fast-growth environment
● Understanding of local financial regulations
