Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for:

Senior Accountant plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth accounting processes in line
with company policies and statutory requirements. This role is strategic point of contact
on accounting issues and assisting in the preparation and review of the accounting close
and related reporting deliverables. We are looking for a highly accountable, autonomous
and flexible team player who enjoys a challenge and wants to grow with our company.

Responsibilities

● Accounting and bookkeeping operations in accordance with local regulatory and
company policies ensuring properly recorded transactions;
● Timely and accurate payroll calculation including allowances and other benefits;
● Month and year-end closing process in line with company deadlines;
● Supervision of AR, AP and General ledger reconciliations;
● Tax returns preparation and filing review ensuring tax compliance and optimization;
● Preparation of the statutory annual accounts;
● Ensures timely execution of payments including tax obligations;
● Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency;
● Accurately participation in the external annual auditing process;
● Streamlines improvements of the current accounting processes, systems and
procedures;
● Provides accurate per request variances explanations reviewing monthly
reconciliation for all relevant accounts;
● Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain
and strengthen internal controls;
● Proactively cooperate with key external stakeholders (auditors, tax authorities,
banks and other relevant institutions);
● Actively collaborate with FICO/IS teams supporting improvements and growth;
● Assist with ad-hoc projects as requested by FICO TL/Management.

About you

● BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant;
● At least 3 years of experience at the senior position within Accounting function,
preferably in IT industry/Professional services;
● Proven experience with General Ledger functions, external auditing and the closing
process
● Strong computer skills with focus to the Excel (Vlookups and pivot tables)
Excellent knowledge of English language written and spoken
● Ability to manage tight schedules and prioritize
● Strong attention to details and problem solving skills
● Collaborative and team-oriented attitude

It would be a plus to have

● Accounting experience in IT/ Professional services industry;
● Relevant certification (e.g. CMA or CPA);
● Experience in Google Workspace and PSIT;
● Experience in leading small teams;
