Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for:

You would play a pivotal role in overseeing invoicing, quotations and AR monitoring for
strategic clients ensuring compliance with contractual and statutory requirements. Your
hands-on and can-do attitude within tight deadlines and fast paced environment are
crucial for ensuring financial accuracy, and promoting excellence in our financial
processes.

Responsibilities

● Issuing invoices for respective clients for the services rendered along with
monitoring payment deadline ensuring the proper obligations of the Company have
been fulfilled;
● Timely and accurate issuance of quotations for respective clients in order to
support legal and sales workstreams;
● Participates in timesheet control for respective clients;
● Ensure compliance between internal guidelines and clients contracts;
● Provides weekly late payment reports escalating to accountable stakeholders;
● Participates in booking documentation in accordance with Serbian legislation;
● Participation in the preparation of the annual accounts in line with statutory
requirements;
● Participation in the preparation of monthly financial reports;
● Participation in the preparation monthly VAT return;
● Strong interaction with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of finance
administrative deliverables;
● Strong interaction with respective foreign clients in order to ensure accurate and
timely invoicing;
● Provides ad-hoc support with various finance tasks upon request

About you

● Education in Finance, Accounting or related field (University degree is a strong
plus);
● At least 3 years of hands on experience in financial administration;
● Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to details;
● Strong verbal and written English language skills;
● Excellent computer skills with strong focus to MS Office/Excel (previous
experience in G-suite environment nice to have);
● Strong problem-solving skills, proactive, tech-savvy and dedicated mindset,
independent and well-organized team player;
● Experience in IT/professional services in international context is advantageous;
● Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deliverables on
a daily basis
